Simon McKeough

Simon is Aeran’s National Manager of Advice, ensuring high quality advice outcomes for our clients.

He has more than 20 years of experience working for a leading trustee company, supporting clients and their families who have received a personal injury settlement.

Simon has a deep understanding of both the complex processes involved in having a private trustee company appointed as substitute financial decision-maker, and the roles of the trustee and financial adviser beyond appointment.

He holds a Diploma of Financial Planning and Diploma in Leadership and Management.  In addition, Simon is currently undertaking advanced studies in Financial Planning.

Gabriele Denoso

An advice powerhouse based in Queensland, Paraplanner Charmaine is instrumental in helping to deliver the hundreds of hand-crafted advice documents prepared for our clients each year.

A key mentor within the paraplanning team, Charmaine always finds the time to help other paraplanners to build their skills and knowledge of the unique paraplanning challenges at Aeran.

Kristy Harridge

More than 20 years’ of financial services experience including a variety of roles in paraplanning and advice quality assurance make Lead Paraplanner Kristy Harridge ideally suited to Aeran’s complex, nuanced, advice environment.

Kristy’s deep technical and compliance knowledge, mastery of the written word, and broad experience has her contributing across Aeran - drafting complex advice, reviewing advice, mentoring, and contributing to compliance and risk discussions and policy development.

Kristy has a degree in Economics, Econometrics and Business Statistics in addition to her financial planning qualifications.

The founding member of our paraplanning team, Lead Paraplanner Melanie is famous at Aeran for her ground-breaking work on foundation statements of advice.

With many of our clients having switched to Aeran from our competitors, Melanie set the tone for our highly-detailed first advice documents for transferring clients.

Thanks to Melanie’s diligence, Aeran was able to assist in the recovery of many hundreds of thousands of dollars of fees over-charged by previous providers.

Merry Magbanua
